    This is a really great lens that costs a lot of money. The package is fairly priced for an ultimate quality lens, and the kit contains nothing but useful stuff. If you want this lens, and you need the filters and cleaning supplies this is an OK way to get it shipped all in one box.

    I have to say that the the margin of improvement in image quality possible with this 31 mm lens when compared to the SMC Pentax FA 35mm and 50mm is small compared to the price difference. Also, my Samsung 18-55mm kit zoom lens that came with my Samsung GX20 was surprisingly much sharper than the one that came with my GX10 half a year before. As a result, I postponed buying this lens for a fairly long time. The lure of that small increment of ultimate quality and the desire for a little wider prime than the 50mm was in the end overwhelming.
