The dish itself is awesome and a very nice size. The Homeycomb grid that came with it is pretty heavy and did not stay on the dish due to it's weight. It has 3 clips that attaches to the dish and that doesn't seem to be enough. After making an adjustment to the clips it stays now but doesn't fit snugly/securely. The grid appears to be made of metal.

Update: 12/17/11
I found a great solution for keeping the grid more secure to the dish. I bought large binder clips (3) and it does a very good job. Clamps right around the rim of the dish and snugly too.
