However, in order for this adapter to work properly, you need to spend some time reading through the manual and programming the focus confirmation Dandelion Chip. I bought 2 adapters for the 2 old Leica lenses I have. The first few pictures I took with my lenses were all out of focus. After trying different focus values, I was able to find the best value for each of my lenses, and the subjects in the pictures were all in focus sharply. Accordingly, if you have multiple lenses, you may need to buy one adapter for each lens, so you do not need to reset the values all the time. Another thing about the chip is that the focus confirmation function does not seem to work properly with smaller apertures. This can be resolved by using a larger aperture to focus first, and then reset the aperture you need.
In addition to the focus value, I also programmed the maximum aperture value and the focus length value for my lenses. I found the exposures were... Read more
